What is covered in standard homeowner’s policy?
Your Home's Physical Structure i.e., your dwelling and attached structures (e.g.,
attached garage, porch, etc.. dwelling (e.g., detached garage, in-ground
swimming pool).
Your Personal belongings and property inside your home limited up to 50% of
your dwelling coverage. Property is covered worldwide for covered perils.  
Special limitations apply to money, gold, silver, securities, stamps, deeds,
watercraft, trailer, furs, guns, silverware or gold ware, business property on and off
premises, credit cards, forgery, and counterfeit money, etc.
Personal Liability coverage for injury caused by you or your family member.
Loss of use due to a covered peril provides payment for the inability to use
property as a result of covered loss.  Limits vary (usually 20% of your dwelling).
Medical Payments Coverage (MedPay) will pay for medical expenses of others if
someone is injured on your property and does not want to sue you. MedPay is
also sometimes referred to as “Coverage F”.  The coverage is usually $1,000 per
person per covered event.
